Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vroomy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Copenhagen, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
